Slow down, relax, and unwind. Yin yoga allows you to hold poses in order to unravel tension. You will release tension stored in the body and alleviate stress in your mind.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, create an account with the email used at the time of booking. You should be able to Reschedule or Cancel under "My Bookings". Cancellations must be made up to 12 hours before the beginning of class time to receive a refund. After that, refunds are not available.
