Service Description
Mindfulness and meditation can help you define where you want to focus your attention, and how to let go of stress to make more room for joy. This six-week course will build individual skill sets to achieve personal goals. Classes meet once a week for six weeks. Make-up class notes are available in case of an absence. Small group class limited to 5 students. Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the first class. No refunds are available after the course begins.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, create an account with the email used at the time of booking. You should be able to Reschedule or Cancel under "My Bookings". Cancellations must be made up to 12 hours before the beginning of class time to receive a refund. After that, refunds are not available.
